Magic Number Terms

The Magic Number Rewards Program described below applies to all entities that are part of the Redtagprintsale.com Print Network, and includes Redtagprintsale.com, Puzzmuzz.com, Korokards.com, Tbuki.com, MemoriesPublisher.com, EDDMStudio.com, and any other Redtagprintsale.com Print Network website site that directs to this page. Any reference to Redtagprintsale.com below shall be applicable to all of the foregoing websites unless a website has specific terms unique to the website that are contradictory.

Please Note: Magic Number Rewards are only available if you are a registered user, with a valid account established with a member of the Redtagprintsale.com Print Network.

Our goal at Redtagprintsale.com is to provide our customers with low cost, high quality print products and services, backed by superior customer service. We also want to reward you for choosing us as your print provider. Our Magic Number Rewards Program is one of the ways we can do this.

When you register, create an account and place your first order with us, we will automatically create a “Magic Number Rewards Account” for you and provide you with a “Magic Number”. Each time you refer any third party, e.g., a family member, friend or business associate, to place a print order with us (a "Referred Order”) and they enter your Magic Number in the promotion code area we will reward you with a credit to your Magic Number Rewards Account. These credits will accumulate and once they reach a certain level you will receive a payment in cash. Participation in the Magic Number Rewards Program simply requires that you have an existing Redtagprintsale.com account that is in good standing, that you have placed at least one order, and that you abide by the conditions set forth below, and all other terms and conditions of Redtagprintsale.com and this Website

Referred Orders. A Referred Order is a print order placed with us by any third person eligible to create or maintain an account with Redtagprintsale.com and who enters your Magic Number at the time they place the order.

Orders that you place for yourself do not qualify under the Magic Number Rewards Program. You may not send any form of unsolicited bulk electronic messaging, e.g. bulk e-mails, instant messaging, etc. (collectively “Spam”) or any similar form of abusive solicitation methods to obtain referrals. If you send Spam or use any other form of uninvited solicitation, Redtagprintsale.com may immediately and permanently terminate and close your account and you will forfeit any right to all Magic Number Rewards. If your account is terminated and closed, you will still be responsible for any then outstanding orders you have placed with Redtagprintsale.com, or any outstanding account balance you may have.

Redtagprintsale.com reserves the right to require proof that a Referred Order was created in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility. Generally, all customers of Redtagprintsale.com who are over 18 years of age with a valid account that is in good standing are eligible to participate. Creating an account with Redtagprintsale.com means that when you place your first order you will automatically be enrolled in the Program and receive a Magic Number entitling you to earn Magic Number Rewards. If you do not wish to participate, just contact your Service Partner.

If you elect to use our Guest Check Out instead of creating an account, you will still receive a Magic Number that you can give to family and friends, providing a discount on any order they place, but Guest Check Out purchases are not eligible for Magic Number Rewards because there is no account to credit.

Employees of Redtagprintsale.com and 4over, Inc., and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Magic Number Rewards Program.

We must and do reserve the right to suspend or terminate the right of any person to participate in the Magic Number Rewards Program.

Earning Magic Number Rewards. When you register, create an account and place your first order with Redtagprintsale.com you will be assigned a unique "Magic Number." Whenever you refer a new customer order to us, simply give that customer your Magic Number and ask them to enter it in the promotion code area at the time they place their order. Your actual participation in the Magic Number Rewards Program will automatically commence the first time a Referred Order is placed and that customer signs up and enters your Magic Number. So long as your account is in good standing, each time your Magic Number is entered in the promotion code field when an order is placed, paid for and not later cancelled or refunded, you will receive a percentage of the order price of the product ordered (the "Magic Number Rewards"). To determine the percentage you will receive log in to your account and click on the Magic Number/Affiliate Account link.

Your Magic Number Rewards are calculated only on the order price of the product ordered. The costs and charges for shipping, processing, handling, taxes and other similar non-product costs are not included in the order price when determining the Magic Number Rewards. You will not receive any Magic Number Rewards on product(s) that Redtagprintsale.com provides free of charge or orders that are cancelled or refunded, even if your Magic Number is entered at the time the order is made. For every person or order you refer to us please make sure they accurately enter your Magic Number when they place an order. We cannot award any Magic Number Rewards unless a Magic Number is entered at the time a Referred Order is placed. We will not retroactively amend a customer’s account or an order to add or change a Magic Number. You will only earn Magic Number Rewards for orders made by individuals or entities that you refer to us directly, i.e., the customer must enter your Magic Number at the time they place the order.

Using Your Rewards. Your Magic Number Rewards will be credited to your Magic Number Rewards account. Once the credit amount in the account reaches at least $50.00, a check will be sent to you for the outstanding amount. Credit amounts under $50.00 will be held (interest does not accrue) until the amount reaches $50.00 or more, at which time a check for the amount will be sent to you.

Your Magic Number Rewards account balance is not transferable. It cannot be used to reduce, offset, or pay the account balance of any other customer’s account or order. Redtagprintsale.com may, at its sole discretion, elect to offset any Magic Number Rewards account credit balance against any amounts that the account holder may owe to Redtagprintsale.com.

Term of Rewards

Any credit in your Magic Number Rewards account will remain active for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of your last order. If your account reflects no activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months then your Magic Number Rewards will expire and be removed from your account. Redtagprintsale.com may, but assumes no obligation to provide you with notice approximately 30 days prior to the expiration of your Magic Number Rewards. If the amount is over $50.00 you may apply it against a new order or you may request that a check for the amount be forwarded to you. If the amount is under $50.00 it may only be applied against a new order. In either case we must receive the new order or the request for a cash payment before the expiration date or the credit will expire and be lost.

Unlimited Referrals. Provided you abide by all applicable terms and conditions and laws, there are no limits to the number of individuals or entities that you can refer to Redtagprintsale.com or the number of times your Magic Number can be used. Program Period. Unless otherwise extended or terminated earlier, the Magic Number Rewards Program will end on June 30, 2014.

Consent to the Program Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Magic Number Rewards Program you are accepting these terms and conditions and any changes and modifications made to these terms and conditions and you are acknowledging and agree that you are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that may be made to these terms and conditions. The most current version of these terms and conditions will be available on this Website and will supersede all previous versions of these terms and conditions.

Indemnity/Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Magic Number Rewards Program you accept all responsibility for, and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redtagprintsale.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors and suppliers, and each such entities' respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, and successors, and assigns from and against any claims that may arise as a result of (i) your breach of any provision of these terms and conditions; (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to an allegation that the rights of a third party have been violated and/or a statute or government regulation have been breached by virtue of actions taken by you in connection with the Magic Number Rewards Program; and/or (iii) any of your activities conducted in connection with this Website, your use thereof, and/or the products and services ordered through this Website. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL REDTAGPRINTSALE.COM, AND/OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, VENDORS AND SUPPLIERS, AND EACH SUCH ENTITIES' RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, AND SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE MAGIC NUMBER REWARDS PROGRAM, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SUCH EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Severability. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these terms and conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Modifications and Termination of the Program

Redtagprintsale.com print reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions set forth herein (including, but not limited to, the methods by which customers may earn Magic Number Rewards, the amount of the Magic Number Rewards that can be earned for a Referred Order, and how the Magic Number Rewards can be used) and/or to terminate the Magic Number Rewards Program, at any time, with or without prior notice, even though these changes may affect a customer's ability to receive Magic Number Rewards. If we do make changes to these terms and conditions we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this policy. Because we reserve the right to modify this Program at any time without prior notice, please make sure that you review it frequently.
