REGISTRATION
In order to take advantage of the full functionality and benefits of the Redtagprintsale.com, we recommend that you register an account with us. If you do not wish to set up an account, you are free to use our Guest Checkout process each time you place an order, however, not all benefits of the website will be available. For example, you will still receive a Magic Number you can give to friends and family providing a discount off an order they may place, but Guest Checkout orders are not eligible for Magic Number Rewards.
If you choose to register with us, please provide us with accurate and current information about yourself as requested during the registration process. Also, please make sure that you update and maintain your account information so that it remains accurate and current at all times.
As part of the registration process, you will be required to create a User ID and choose a password. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate password and to keep it confidential. You are responsible for any unauthorized use of your User ID and/or password. If you believe your User ID/password has been compromised in any way, you should immediately change it by logging on to your account and follow the instructions for changing your password. CUSTOMER SERVICE
We have joined with consumer print retailers throughout North America to act as our Service Providers and to provide you with localized customer service. You will receive the contact information for your Service Provider when you place your first order, and this information will be updated as necessary. The contact information for your Service Provider will be available every time you log on to your account. Your Service Provider is also available to answer any questions you may have about the products offered by Redtagprintsale.com.
If you register and create an account with Redtagprintsale.com you will be assigned to a Service Provider who will remain your Service Provider unless you request a change (or they leave the program). If you use the Guest Check process, however, you may receive a different Service Provider for each order.
We have designed our website so that you should be able to resolve most of your customer service issues online. If you believe your print job is defective or has not otherwise met your requirements and you have a registered account we recommend that you first click on the "PROBLEM WITH THIS ITEM" button against the relevant print job on the Order History page within your account (log on to your account and click on "View Order Information & Status"). You will be prompted to fill out an online form describing your problem. Fill out the form and submit it to us and we will get back to you as soon as we can, typically within 24 hours. If the issue cannot be resolved through our online process we will advise you that it is being referred to your local Service Provider for follow up. If do not have an account or you choose not to use our online system you may contact your Service Provider directly. Please be aware, however, that this may result in a delay in getting your issue resolved.
PAYMENT
All prices and dollar amounts on this Website are in United States dollars. Redtagprintsale.com presently accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers.

You may also create your own graphic and text content utilizing the design tools available on this Website ("Design Tool Content"). Your Design Tool Content may or may not include Customer Provided Content.
